Your information is securely stored on a cloud-based server off site, and on the premises.

We keep your personal information for 6 years after you cease to become a client for legal purposes.

We will then securely dispose of this this information by shredding any paper formats and delete any data or anonymise and isolate any information that cannot be deleted immediately (for instance if kept in a backup archive and cannot be retrieved immediately)
